I have a strong desire to create more authentic work, which has brought me back to using traditional mediums. It is impossible to hide from mistakes with these pieces; instead, I embrace whatever mark is created, be it on purpose or by accident. Every mark and blemish becomes a part of the piece, and that's what makes each of these works unique.
